We will communicate with the homeowner regarding any current concerns and issues.
Thoroughly inspect and treat as necessary of any problematic areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms and basements.
Monitor and resupply of any interior rodent equipment.
Do an exterior inspection and monitor of any rodent equipment and treat for any insect issues in the warm months.

One Time Service
This is a single service, which may or may not include a warranty, depending on the problem at hand and the circumstances provided.
This is an every month or every other month service option, depending on your needs and the severity of the problem you are having. We highly recommend our monthly service plan!
Quarterly and Seasonal Service
Some clients may only have problems with rodents in the winter, other clients may have insects just over the summer season. We have a service plan to fit your individual needs. Seasonal service may be a fitting option.
We offer Seasonal service April through November, and a Summer Seasonal service option that runs from May through October.
